It is time for a James update.

Here are some new pics with narration...

James turned seven months on Saturday
(these were taken on Sunday).

Jake bought him a BYU basketball, and he loves it.
Currently, he tries to play soccer a lot.
This mostly means he kind of walks into the ball and thus "kicks" it, then chases it.
It is a very tiring game for Mom.

In the evenings, Jake and I often let James walk back and forth between us.
On Sunday we were playing this game, when Jake decided to see how long James could stand on his own, but James wasn't content to stand.
He took a hesitant step, then kind of fell into Jake.
He did it again too. Then he took about two steps to me.
So, thus we have a walker on our hands.

This is James standing on his own.
I think he fell right after Jake got the picture though.

A walker at 7 months?? You guys are in trouble :) I just can't believe how gigantic (and cute) he's getting.

Wow! He's walking? That's crazy he's getting too big.

Great work, James! That is so exciting! Did he skip crawling alltogther? Good for him-- no need for that baby stuff!

He isn't very interested in crawling, though he rolls all over the place.
