Also, my brother was in a car accident that he was lucky to live through. It broke his pelvis in two places and broke two of his ribs. Please, people, stop at red lights!!! But everyone who has seen his car says he was lucky to be alive at all. Happy Birthday to him too!
Hopefully April will be better...
On a lighter note, I do have the month in pictures too.
This is James with my dad, on the day of his birthday party...
before we knew he had the stomach flu.
Still before, he is looking healthy...
This is after he had thrown up twice,
and lost all interest in the party.
He must have thought this horse was cool
because it was the only thing he left my lap for.

Poor kid didn't even get any cake at his party.
This is him finally sampling the cake.
I still don't think he felt very good.
This is a truck he got for his birthday.
He loves to haul the thing around,
even though it is heavy.
Jake got James two Braves shirts for his birthday.
Here he is sporting one of them.
On a side note, we went to Winger's this day,
and the waitress thought James was a girl.

HE IS ONE?!?!? Holy moly time flies. HAPPY BIRTHDAY JAMES! He is so cute. And very masculine. I don't know what the Wingers waitress was talking about. Jerk.
Happy Birthday, James! I am sad you had the flu on your birthday. Once you get the hang of birthdays in the future, you will realize that it was a bad idea to be sick that day.
And James definately should not be mistaken for a girl. He is a very masculine little guy.
What a cutie he is becoming! And I agree with the others--a MASCULINE cutie--I wouldn't think he was a girl at all, seriously. Wingers lady has issues.
Maybe it's cause James has the most perfect skin (like his mom's) and gorgeous blue eyes. But in all honesty, that's what boy vs girl clothes are for, peoples! I would understand the comment if James was dressed in pink.....
