At first he was still waking up
and he wasn't sure what to do
with the packages.
Then he started to get the hang of it.
I think this picture is so cute.
He got two bubble mowers.
I think everyone is ready for Spring.
After this package,
the party kind of fell apart.
James is obsessed with basketball.
He wouldn't even stop playing
to taste his cake, and he loves
chocolate!
Now pretty much ALL
we do is play basketball.
It is starting to get a little old
for Mommy.

So fun! Sometimes I think kids birthday parties are more fun for the parents than the kids at this stage. It is so fun to see them figure out opening gifts and their excitement over each one. It looks like it was a perfect party. Happy Birthday James!

We had one of those basketball hoops growing up too! Super fun for the kids (but I know how you feel when all they want to do is play the SAME thing over and OVER!).
How cute that he loves basketball so much. Look at that time you spend with as an investment toward his pro career--then you won't have to save for retirement :)
