Dinosaurs and School

We went to Thanksgiving Point.
They have $2 Tuesdays in August.
I thought James would want to go
to the Barn and see the animals, but
he surprised me and said he wanted to
see the dinosaurs.
He has NEVER shown any interest in
dinosaurs.













He wasn't really interested in them.
Here he liked the waterfall BEHIND the
dinosaur.










He did really like the Erosion Table.
He liked to bury the dinosaurs, then wash
them, then do it all over again.
I think he could have spent days there.










It was very busy, but it was all
okay with me since it was only $2 instead of
like $10.











I broke my camera at Lake Powell.
So, when the first day of school came around,
I was frantically searching for
a functional camera. And even James' kid camera
was not working. So this was taken AFTER school,
I put new batteries in his camera while he was there
and was finally able to get a photo.
(If you look close, he has marker on his nose
from coloring).










James loves preschool! I picked him
up the first day and he asked "Do I get to
go again next day?" (that's how he says tomorrow).
I have also been enjoying preschool time.
I can actually accomplish something once and a while,
though, honestly I spend too much time of it relaxing
or napping. Hey! I am pregnant and tired!
